Ronald Langman, (B.A., M.A., B.S.) Owner and Principal Broker established the firm in 1976. He is a Accountant who has a background working with IRS and in Banking which gives him the ability to work with all clients readying their business for sale, as well as working with the accountants on both sides of the transaction when a business in headed to closing.  He has an extensive background in business and negotiations and works very closely with attorneys on both sides of the transactions in a fair and just manner.

Arlene Dorin, General Manager of the Gainesville, FL, Ronald Lawrence Group joined the firm in 1984 as a sales associate. Her superb business skills and her ability to deal with people quickly propelled her to General Manager.  She has consistently remained one of the top business broker sales associates in Southern Florida. Prior to her move to Florida she managed a large Real Estate conglomerate in New York for twelve years.  In additions she was manager of one of the largest independent radio stations in the New York area for thirteen years.

Larry James, General Manager of the West Palm Beach, Ronald Lawrence Group, joined the brokerage in 1997 as a sales associate.  His distinct ability to work with a variety of business owners in analyzing their financials and preparing the businesses for marketing has made him an integral part of the RLGroup team. Larry's background includes Major Retail chain management, residential Real Estate professional with PRUDENTIAL and Sales, Rental and Management of 100 properties.  His dedication to excellence is the standard in the RLGroup team and our continued success.
