Ronald Langman, President
Ronald Langman leads our professional team of specialists with extensive experience in evaluating, packaging and marketing a business, qualifying prospective buyers, negotiating and most importantly, structuring the transaction. An alumni of Temple University and The University of Pennsylvania, Ron has a B.S. in Accounting, M.A. in Economics and B.A. in Psychology. His accounting background and broad experience in both corporate and the banking sector gives him the skills that are necessary when preparing their businesses for sale. He works closely with attorneys and accountants on all sides of a transaction to bring it to a successful completion. Ron has also lent his expertise to the University of Florida’s Research Foundation where he spoke on “How to determine the value of privately held companies”. With a long and successful track record, Ron Langman’s professional and caring style brings talent and expertise to each transaction.
Michael Allen, Associate
Michael Allen, joined the Ronald Lawrence Group in 2016 after an eighteen year-long career as a successful owner-operator of a national franchise. His first-hand experience as a seasoned business owner provides our clients a meaningful perspective because he understands the challenges and opportunities involved in the sales process. His strengths in business ethics, relationship building, P&L and forecasting make him an asset to our team. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Norwich University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Over the years, Mike has learned much about the art and science of working with people and actively enjoys helping other business owners accomplish shared goals.
Arelen Dorin, General Manager
Arlene Dorin is the Ronald Lawrence Groups General Manager, who has been with the company for more than 30 years. Her attention to detail and excellent people skills always earns her the top sales award each year. Starting out as a sales associate, she assume the General Manger role within five years and has been key in Keeping RLG at the forefront. Before joining our team, Arlene had managerial experience in the Radio and Entertainment industries.
Jeri Langman, Marketing and Sales
Jeri Langman heads up our marketing and sales and has been with us since 1989. With her background in accounting and insurance, she participates in the Business Evaluations, Packaging, Promotions and Marketing process, compiling & reviewing all the financial material necessary to market the businesses. Jeri works closely with business owners to help them understand the valuation process. Her expertise is essential during the Due Diligence phase of any transaction. As a fifth generation Floridian, she brings that special knowledge of Florida to our company.
A long time member of The Ronald Lawrence Group Team is Gary Bloome, a forensic accountant with a concentration on business evaluation for business sales, Gary has been a certified public accountant, licensed in the State of Florida for the past 15 years. Gary is certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA.
